Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your unwavering support of the National Crime Investigation Bureau (NGO). Your contributions empower us to uphold our mission and effect positive change within our community. Please take note of our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlined below, which governs the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of membership fees made to National Crime Investigation Bureau (NCIB).

Refund Policy

  1. Membership Fees: Once membership registration fees are paid, they are non-refundable.
  2. Membership Renewal Fees: Once membership renewal registration fees are paid, they are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Incomplete or Misleading Information: If any person has filled false / incomplete or misleading information in the membership form or has submitted unclear / fake documents then the organization shall have the right to reject the membership application of the above mentioned person.
  2. Yearly Membership Renewal: Members have the flexibility to cancel yearly membership renewal at any time. To do so, please log in to your account on our website or contact us via +91 9792580000 or email at info@ncib.in. Cancellation requests made at least 7 business days before the next scheduled renewal date will be effective for that billing cycle.
  3. Membership Registrations: Cancellation of membership is not possible; the membership shall remain effective until expiration.

Refunds Process

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval, and they will be issued using the original payment method.

National Crime Investigation Bureau (NCIB) reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By membership contribution to NCIB, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
