SECRET INFORMATION DIVISION
National Crime Investigation Bureau (NCIB) is a reputed national-level internal intelligence and awareness organization, offering a secure platform for alert and responsible citizens to share classified information that may help in the prevention of crimes and anti-national activities across India.
Our mission is to create a collaborative citizen network that actively supports a crime-free and secure India by contributing valuable information at the grassroots level.
KEY ACTIVITIES
NCIB collects and verifies sensitive information and forwards it to appropriate authorities, including:
- Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
- Crime Branch & Intelligence Units
- Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of Defence
- Vigilance Department
- State Governments & Local Police Departments
We focus on gathering information related to:
- Counterfeit currency circulation
- Drug and narcotics smuggling
- Illegal arms trade
- Fake documents, passports, stamps, and IDs
- Smuggling of antique or heritage items
- Suspicious or anti-national activities
WHAT WE DO
- Collect and validate classified information from citizens.
- Alert authorities in time to act against criminal or terrorist threats.
- Monitor and report suspicious and unlawful activities at the local level.
- Build a responsible and aware community through safety awareness.
WHO CAN JOIN?
- No specific qualification or prior experience is required to join NCIB’s secret information network.
- If you’re committed to national safety and want to serve the country, you are welcome to contribute.
- We invite participation from: Professionals, Self-employed individuals, Working professionals, Students, Homemakers, Retired personnel, and Social workers.
HOW TO CONTRIBUTE?
- Anyone can share classified information through our Secret Informer Portal.
- Your identity will remain fully confidential.
- Upon verification, the information is passed on to relevant government agencies.
