Kumbh Mela 2025: NCIB Officials Actively Serving Devotees in Prayagraj, Ensuring Safety and Administrative Support

Prayagraj, January 27, 2025 —
On the sacred grounds of the world-renowned Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, thousands of devotees gathered today to take the holy dip at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mystical Saraswati rivers. Amidst the massive crowd, officials from the National Crime Investigation Bureau (NCIB) were seen actively performing their duties to ensure the safety, guidance, and smooth movement of the pilgrims.

From the early hours of the morning, NCIB teams were stationed across key locations within the mela grounds — including the ghats, entry points, and nearby transport hubs — offering their assistance in crowd management, public safety, lost-and-found services, and general administrative coordination.

The officers played an instrumental role in helping elderly people, women, and children navigate the busy mela area.

Several visitors praised the efforts of the NCIB, noting that the officers were not only alert but also displayed a compassionate and cooperative attitude. Their presence brought a sense of security and organization amid the spiritual chaos of the mela.
